Every day in our community, people who are ready to begin a journey of recovery face a heartbreaking barrier: there is simply nowhere for them to go.

Across the entire Fraser Health region — from Burnaby to Boston Bar — serving over 2 million people, there are only 20 medically supervised detox beds available. This means that when someone finally takes that courageous step to ask for help, they are often met with waitlists, delays, and lost hope.

Detox is the critical first step in recovery. Without access to it, people remain trapped in cycles of addiction, instability, and danger.

Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is committed to changing that.

We invite you to join us in launching a Detox Program. A safe, medically supervised detox program right here in Chilliwack — a missing piece of care that will finally close the gap and offer people the immediate help they desperately need.

This all begins at our Night of Hope Gala on May 1 5:30pm at Bridlewoods Event Centre.
We invite you to join us and our community to help us raise $150,000 to launch this essential program and ensure that when someone reaches out for help, we can say “yes, we’re ready for you.
